I was a tenant and a realtor here became property manager. This woman served us a 30 day notice. 9 days after serving us this notice she told the owner to shut off the water. (Illegal ) we then got a notice address to the owner not tenants for code violation for no water. We didn’t go to court because it wasn’t for us the tenants.
