Busch Garage Doors was fantastic. The technician was prompt and very polite. He diagnosed and fixed our door very quickly then performed prescribed maintenance. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your garage doors!
Called a number of garage door repair companies in the area and they were quick to call me back and send a technician. Everything was going well until the tech gave me a price. Keep in mind, I knew what the issue was prior to the tech coming, and was able to get a ballpark pricing estimate. Online estimates were $150-$350(I get these can be inaccurate, and vary by region), after making a few calls I got estimates at $350 and $440, so when this tech told me $700, I was shocked. Dan was on time and well equipped with all tools needed to install my garage motor. He made sure I was clear on how to operate the system and offered how to obtain assistance if any issues were to arise. He finished in a timely matter and was friendly and very professional. We replaced the whole double door. The service was very professional, and the technician was qualified, very pleasant and informative. He worked efficiently and fast!
