The staff was wonderful. Everyone was caring and respectful. Melissa Boomer did an exceptional job. She saw to every detail and made sure everything was done to our liking. Being a very difficult time for us as we said goodbye to our mom, they were there for us in every way possible.
Busch Funeral took care of arrangements for my grandmother in the past, so we asked them to handle my Dad’s recently. To be going through such a difficult time and having to make decisions and plans, they were extremely helpful. We used the Avon Lake location, and every employee we spoke to on the phone or met with were always kind, sincere, and willing to answer any questions or concerns we had.
