In such a heartbreaking time that our family had to endure, Meghan and Melissa and all staff were so thoughtful, helpful, compassionate and professional. They left no stones unturned. Our Mothers service was beautiful, something that will live in our hearts forever. We mentioned bagpipes and we had bagpipes! That was my Moms wish to have played at her funeral and they made it happen. They helped us say goodbye to our precious Mother as hard as it was, with Love and Grace. THANK YOU ALL!!
The Busch preplanning advisor, Julie Graf Skinnner, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took me through the process in a very professional manner.
Our family cannot say enough about the services of this funeral home. We have been treated like family, going through the process of saying goodbye to our mother. Everyone that has helped us has been compassionate, explained every step of the process and kept us informed. Our family was welcomed warmly by Megan and Ashley. They took time to listen to us so they could provide informed guidance in our decision making process. We felt seen, heard, and cared for. Though it was challenging to process all the details, Megan and Ashley gently helped and assured us changes could be made as we determined what best suited us.
