I love this place... – Busby's in Santa Monica is awesome! Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful (well, nearly everyone). The food is greasy (most of it) but very good. There are tons of TVs all around the place and on the weekends you can dance the night away. Overall, two thumbs up! My friends and I swear by this place!
Avoid This Place – Very scuzzy place. Bad service and strange ambience. If coming from abroad or going there alone, I would think twice.
Awesome Service – This place is amazing. I had a great time with my friends thanks to our server Bridget. She was the best server. We were a big group and she ended up being the nicest, most beautiful girl there. We will go back just to see her. Big Mike was awesome too. He was so down to earth. We hung for a while and loved it. The food was great too. The menu is huge. Great time.
I'll skip this one in the future – I've been to this place twice. The first time around, it was a Thu night. The place was packed with a lot of good looking women from UCLA. Drinks at the bar were served promptly and the staff was generally attentive. The bartender did overcharge me on my credit card. Here's the deal - when you close your tab at the bar, they don't give you a list of drinks you've had through the night. Instead, they give you the total amount. So many better choices – There are SO many other great bars in that area, why waste your time at Busby's? The bouncers are rude, and the owners LIE TO YOUR FACE about private parties and guest lists. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Great spot for games! – Awesome place to hang for football games! Good selection of beer and the bartenders are great! Fun atmosphere. Plus there's an arcade in the back! Rock on... :)
