I was a patient of Dr. Busack for many years and trusted him. He waited too long to refer me to another Glaucoma surgeon. He handed me off after I lost vision. When I called to get an emergency appointment, the office staff said I had to wait 3 weeks for first opening even after I told her I lost most of my sight in my left eye.
