I called Bus Supply in McComb after a fifth-wheel hitch failure caused significant damage, hoping to get an independent professional inspection. Instead, the manager refused to even inspect the hitch. Buyers beware. The owner and service department is very unprofessional. Bought a new mahindra tractor and thousands of dollars of implements from them a few years ago. When I picked up my tractor from warranty work done and some issues denied they refused to give me a service ticket documenting it. They was rude and threatened to keep my tractor even longer saying they couldn’t give me a service ticket until they was paid from Mahindra. The service department was terrible; I brought my tractor in to repair or replace wiring harnesses and was told they would get right on it. It was 7 weeks before they finished the diagnostic and invoiced my insurance adjuster. And it took 3 additional weeks for them to complete the wire installation. I was given every excuse imaginable... and I understand some of the explanations I was told, however, this service job took far too long, and I honestly think my tractor was put on the backburner because I was calling "Chip" eve... read more
