They are terrible!! Our motor home was left there for 5 months and it wasn’t touched. We finally got aggravated because they kept telling us their customers come first and they were rude rude when we had had enough and they told us to come get it. I thought when they were being paid to fix it then I’m a customer too. Not only did they lose us a a customer but also the ones that referred us to them
We took our camper to them to be fixed Memorial Day weekend and yesterday my husband went and got it because they still had not fixed it. 18 weeks and still not fixed is ridiculous!!
Sold us the best Jayco Eagle towable made, brand new, at 70K+....and it has been a nightmare. Heater, fireplace, Dish Sattelite Reciever, and kitchen roof vent do not work. Two shower leaks we repaired ourselves. RV is a residence located 90 minutes north of the dealership and could not be gotten out of the site easily after heavy rains made the access too wet.
