Great Cowboys Watch Party Bar – WOW the reviews are nothing like the place i just experienced this past Monday and the few other times before. The staff was nice and friendly and the door men didn't seem racist to me since i am Hispanic myself. There were tons of Dallas Cowboys fans there so if your a Cowboys fan this is the place to watch the game!! Awesome Bar With A Great Crowd!!!!!! – This is the best place to hang before an Astros game...And even a better place to pick-up chicks after a game:) I also like that the staff is good and keeping the scumbags out of this bar. Great place for a white guy to have a beer.....Also love all of the Cowboy memorabilia!!!!!
Judgemental and Rude! – I am just curious what these close minded jerks at the door think is so dangerous about a tattoo on someone's neck. News flash - a tattoo doesn't make anyone more or less likely to start a bar fight, serving alcohol all night to rowdy sports fans and getting them wasted so you can earn a buck is what causes bar fights. Take a look at yourself before you start judging others. Go next door to Home Plate Bar and Grill. They are cheaper and don't discriminate.
B.U.S – Wouldn't know about the food, because YOUR pathetic attempt at door control could not see beyond my friends unoffensive TATTOO-who is one of the most -patient -calm- giving of his time for others-laidback-patrons - and was not allowed in before an Astros game this week. Good thing the Gen Manager Tim at Vic and Anthonys didn't have a problem and they are much more upscale and have much more class than this place.
Discrimination – Whats next with this bar? You can't come in because of your skin color. I have never known of a tattoo getting into a fight. Would you tell Allysa Milano ( from The Charmed Ones) that she cant come in. She has a neck tattoo. How about Kat Von D? A well known tattoo artist on the TLC Channel?
close-minded staff/ forget this place – Don't bother with this place. If you are close-minded (hate gays, tattoos, and hispanic or blacks) you will fit in well at this place. They are nice about it either. Oh and to the guy at the door...I'd like to take you to get your first tattoo. It will say 'RACIST' on your forehead. I think that's fair enough.
Horrible Business. – Would not allow me into there craphole bar to meet a friend before an Astos Game, due to me having a tattoo on the back of my neck. Treated me rudely at the door. For it being a hole in the wall bar, there rules make no sense at all and there are plaenty of other places to go besides this place. BEWARE!! The Owner obviously shows their ignorance. Better off spending your money elsewhere. Very Lucky I can give the 1 star at least. They deserve 0.
Horrible place!!! – Bad and rude service. The place is dirty and smelly. The two I.D. checkers ( wannabe bouncers ) complete a%&holes, and I also felt they were being racist towards Hispanics. Good luck finding a manger to talk to, but I'm not quitting easily. GO TO LUCKY'S INSTEAD, FRIENDLIER STAFF AND THEIR NOT RACIST.
Racist workers @ B.U.S. Bar – Opening day @ the Astros game was a good one. However, our experience @ the B.U.S. Bar was not so wonderful. We were told by the bouncer who was working the line that we can not come in because of one of our friends had a tattoo on is neck. It is not very noticeable but is sticks out just a tad to his neck.
