Dr Basta is such a beautiful man. Takes the time to hear your concerns and goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend Dr Basta for anyone looking for a GP in the Burwood area. The nurse is also incredible. Takes the time with you making you comfortable. Highly recommended

I'm sure the doctors are nice but I'd never know because I couldn't get past the receptionist, who, you'd think was guarding the gates of heaven. I literally ducked in for 30 seconds to ask a really quick yes or no question and the (word used for a female dog) behind the counter literally sat there focused on her computer, looking at me through the corner of her eye, hoping, that if she continued to looked so intently at the screen and doesn't break focus, that I'd just go away... but I didn't.
