The clinic owner has been changed, and things started getting dodgy since then. Not recommended any more. Heads up: they might extract your pet’s teeth without your consent, and the owner don’t think this is a misconduct. The team at Burwood & Bay Vet have always been so warm and accommodating to Kevin’s needs! Most importantly, they have an exceptionally knowledgeable, engaged and passionate team who clearly care for each animal that comes through the clinic. Bringing her to the team here is pleasant and easy. I’m so grateful to the nurses and vets who looked after Kevin when she ate something she shouldn’t have! I feel very confident bringing my fur baby here, the vet nurses are lovely and welcoming and the vets are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I definitely recommend this vet.
