This company was amazingly 5 star from start to finish. They were easy to schedule and arrived promptly. They took their time and answered all my questions and I learned how to prevent certain pest problems from reoccurring. Bob was friendly and extremely professional. They are honest and were priced below the other companies I had called. Highly highly recommend them.

I recently had Bob out at my home for an ant problem that I was having. From the moment he greeted me in my driveway, Bob ways happy, professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain the problems I was having as well as why his solution would work. As a service technician, I am in people's homes daily. Finding evidence of termites in your historic home is a terrifying experience, but talking to Burt's made me feel better immediately. They were on time, courteous and professional in every way. I could not more highly recommend this company. The fact that Doug is an entomologist is a bonus... who would know bugs better! And they don't come any nicer.
