GO TO BURTS. Best decision I made was switching my prescriptions from cvs to Burt’s! Such an attentive staff even down to the front end. Just So professional and so kind. The post office is also such a convenience and the gift shop has some of the best finds!
The staff is always polite, cheerful and helpful. I have had trouble getting or prescriptions elsewhere, but there has never been a problem at Burts!
I just had surgery and sent my husband to refill pain meds that my surgeon prescribed. They refused to fill my prescription because my doctor is located in Beverly Hills! I tried to support the local pharmacy and the pharmacist was extremely rude and told my husband we should be going to a local doctor. Who I choose as my doctor and where they are located shouldn’t have anything to do with the prescription they sent in for me. This is extremely poor service and I would not recommend using the pharmacy
It was my first time needing a compound prescription. Burt's pharmacy was the closest. They were available by phone when I called and when I went to pick up my prescription, their store reminded me of a pharmacy from the 70's. It was a simple store with friendly people.
I ordered Betahistine—a prescription medication not approved by the FDA—for Meniere's disease through this pharmacy. When I requested a consultation about potential side effects, I was surprised to receive no information whatsoever. They didn’t even offer a basic summary or printout from online sources regarding the drug’s side effects.
