Very good experience. I bought an old truck, 85 GMC and I foolishly put some water in the tank, a long story. I had it towed to Burt's and told them what I'd done and I just wanted it fixed. Braden was great to deal with, very understanding, even I started to feel less stupid. They checked over the truck and recommended what it needed, what could wait and the cost to do the work. Burt’s Automotive is hands down one of the most efficient, honest, and hardworking mechanic shops in town. I had my breaks and rotors replaced at another shop and when I drove my car home, it was clunking heavily. I took it back to that shop to have them look it over and they couldn’t identify the problem. This is where Burt’s Automotive comes in. I had to get a bunch of work done on my car and the guys at Burt’s did a great job. Braydon was super transparent about what needed to be done and took the time to explain things to me. They definitely went above and beyond. I am beyond grateful and won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else.
