Had to get my car inspected as it was an out of province vehicle. Process is pretty easy. They were quick and open about what needed to be done to meet BC requirements.
Unfortunately I would not recommend going to this shop. I got work done earlier this year and I had problems already when driving my vehicle back home from their shop. I've since had to go to another shop to get it fixed because they put the wrong part in for me. Burt's didn't stand behind their work so I've had to see another mechanic multiple times now. I’ve been going to Burt’s Automotive for years, and they’re truly the only place I trust to take my car. They’re always thorough, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain what’s needed without ever making me feel pressured into unnecessary work. Their service has been consistently excellent over the years. I highly recommend Burt’s Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic!
