Today while I was driving my car, the "check oil" light lit up on the dashboard. I started freaking out because I've heard this can be quite serious. I went to Burt's automotive because they were the closest mechanic I could find, and they agreed to help me right away even though it was almost the end of the workday. Burts automotive is always reliable; They explain what they are doing and why, and their estimates are very accurate. This is the best automotive shop out in Victoria! Honest and hard working owner and the mechanics are all exceptional! (Especially Derek) They do not do unnecessary things and can often work around my budget. I like that that I get truthful quotes, with various options. I highly recommend using their services for your vehicle maintenance. Thank you for such the great service!
Great staff, only repair what you authorize and will only tell you about added repairs if they are truly necessary.
Got a new gas tank. Owner Burt is a cool guy. Joel the apprentice might be the best mechanic in Victoria 10/10 would come again
