I really enjoy this place! I have a great apartment, and the strategic location is a big benefit. I have also had prompt responses to maintenance requests, but thankfully, those have been few. The hall is vacuumed about once a week, and the grass is well-maintained. If you want a dishwasher, then a studio is not for you. I also have to use the communal laundry room, but that has not been a big issue in the entire time I have lived here.

This area so far has been very safe, from rowdiness and bad weather, both. We are in like "a good weather pocket" here. The bad weather seems to bypass us for the most part. That's one good thing about thus whole area. The worst weather starts towards the southern border of the state and runs southward. The apartments are spacious and attractive.

I spent one year at Burton's Landing apartments. I loved my unit. The only exception was that I was able to hear the scurrying of my upstairs neighbor's pet clearly, which was annoying, but not the end of the world. The apartment was a bit dated, but my appliances worked perfectly. I had a first floor unit, which was nice because it meant easy access to the laundry room.
