GREAT OB/GYN, Amazing Office Staff! I have to say I 100% disagree with people who have had trouble with the office staff. I am a frequent flyer in the office (and on the phone) because of my history of miscarriage. The doctor's are first class and so is the office staff. Not only have I gotten amazing care but the staff has been so compassionate to me during this horrible process. I can't say enough nice things about them.
Fantastic all around Dr. B and ALL his staff are the best around. I have had several problems in the past and can be considered "high" risk. FABULOUS Dr and support staff across the board. Anyone who thinks otherwise should visit a few other offices especially in a time of need and see just how compassionate the other guys are. I have lost three babies this year and was treated with respect, compassion and would not consider being at another Dr's office.
Great doctor, awful support staff I love Dr. Brodsky, however I feel as though the nurses and office staff working there are HORRIBLE. First, they tried to bill me for the gardisil vaccination, which I had not received at the time, and my insurance did not cover. After more than a year, it was FINALLY resolved with their billing department.
Good doctor-horrible office staff He was one of the best doctors I ever had but has horrible office staff... they are uncompassionate and inconsiderate and a few of them are downright rude. I chose another doctor but if he got new staff I would consider going back.
One of the best Dr. Brodsky is one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. He was always very compasionate and understanding and always listened to my needs. He delivered my twins in 2007 and even though I had a c-section, it was a very nice experience. I currently live out-of-state, but schedule my exams for when I return because I haven't found anyone that compares. I would highly recommend Dr. Brodsky if you are looking for an OB/GYN.
Wonderful office, unethical billing Dr. Brodsky himself is wonderful. He is the best OB a person could have. Very good. Very busy, so response time may be longer. However, their billing practices are quite unethical. I was told something was covered, but it was billed after the insurance went out and they charged me anyway. After repeated calls to the office, Dr. Brodsky continued to ignore them. I've called billing several times and again, no response.
AWESOME Dr. Brodsky is the best OB in town.He has delivered all three of my children.He is very compassionate and and is like family now.I have sent all my friends to him and everyone absolutely loves him.I have been a patient of his for nine years now and I refuse to go to anyone else.I live in Waterford and travel the 30 minutes.He is so worth it.His staff is also very friendly.He has the best nurse practitioners.They can help you with all your needs if Brodsky is not there.I was always comfortable and well taken care of t... read more
Burton Brodsky I can not say enough about the expertise and amount of concern that Dr Brodsky and his staff show. He listens to all the concerns and makes sure that you are comfortable with everything. My second pregnancy and delivery were absolutely perfect because of the care I received from him and his staff.
Great Doctors Office Dr. Brodsky and his staff are very professional. They were great during my pregnancy. They made sure I knew exactly what was going on and were quick to help me along the way. I think thats what made the difference in my pregnancy. I always could count on knowing what was going on.
