I just moved in with my little family last month and I can say with absolute certainty this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It’s extremely clean and the neighbors surrounding us are very respectful and nice. Even when we started just the application process we have had help every step of the way. While I understand there have to be rules (Unit manager) and I do my best to be a cautious as possible, but come at me with a bully attitude, set the pace of the interaction in the wrong direction from the get-go. The people who rent a very nice and uplifting in spirit. I will continue to help any tenet that needs help, but will do so in fear of Management interaction. I am hopeful this was odd day event?
We just moved to Burton Ridge from out of state. We love our new apartment. Very clean and quiet community. Renee the property manager was so helpful. She was there to answer all of our questions and made the process much easier. Very happy to call Burton ridge our new home.
