Called for a laundry valve repair, typically not an urgent matter but with a new washing machine I discovered my shutoff valves were inoperative. I needed to verify the washing machine worked while I could still return it. To my surprise, Burton was able to get someone out within a couple hours. Jake was on time, courteous and professional. Outstanding job! Very prompt and professional. Not only did they remove and replace my hot water heater. They did it correctly and far better than the previous installer. First pix is "Before". Second pix is the amazing "After". Great job!

Called and spoke to Jennifer at around 0830. Explained that my well pump was not working. She stated, we’ll have a technician there around 1200. She asked that I send pictures to help the technician with the service call. I sent numerous photos and when the technician arrived he brought the wrong pump. In addition to that, he also had the wrong size pvc piping! So, he would’ve not been able to do any service to the motor!!! As we are standing around, I press a wire and the pump comes on. Burton Plumbing was a pleasure to work with! Jennifer got us scheduled quicky and had a technician at the house within 30 minutes of our call. We had a water heater that was leaking and in need of replacing. We received quick service and the owner even came to put eye on the problem. Love that they are veteran owned and locals! Price was great too. All in it took about 3 hours to diagnose and replace our hot water heater. Will use them again!

Friday at 2PM, main drain line blockage, called several plumbers listed and either no answer or answering machine, got Burton and was told would be at home to repair from 3 to 6PM. Tad after 6, showed, cleared line, all fixed within 30 minutes, Jake did a great and professional job. Very reasonable fee for after hours call on Friday. Next plumbing call, hopefully a long time from now, will be with Burton. Thanks Jake and Burton Team.
