I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I called for a new disposal and they set up an appointment quickly. They were fairly pricey. They charge a flat fee for anything they do … $625 for the disposal and install. We had a dishwasher where they told me the hose was short so Kimball the plumber told me a flat fee to fix that issue including removing the newly installed dishwasher and installing a new hose. The third copper pipe leak I had was in the slab. I was so stressed and panicked and had no idea how I would pay for repairs. We had a leaking water heater and Daniel Ferraro of Burton plumbing came to our rescue. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time of service and quickly accessed the situation and explained our options. Since it was 16 years old, we decided to get a new one. He and Burton Plumbing gave us a fair price. Daniel then proceeded to do the work in a timely and professional manner and he completed the job on the same day. Everyone at Burton Plumbing is exceptional. The work they did on my total sewer/fresh water repiping was top notch. Rain didn't stop them and they dug the trenches in an utter downpour. They went above and beyond and worked tirelessly in every aspect of the job. I wish all contractors and staff provided this quality at this price. Great experience with Burton Plumbing. The owner came himself, right on time, diagnosed our problem, slow running toilet due to mineral buildup in the toilet, and fixed it promptly. He was very nice to deal with and charged a fair price. Burton Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing repair in the future
