I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I called for a new disposal and they set up an appointment quickly. They were fairly pricey. They charge a flat fee for anything they do … $625 for the disposal and install. We had a dishwasher where they told me the hose was short so Kimball the plumber told me a flat fee to fix that issue including removing the newly installed dishwasher and installing a new hose. We realized that something in the garage had a burnt smell 1-2 days ago and then this afternoon we had no hot water. We found Burton Plumbing online and they had good reviews and are Veteran owned. We gave them a call needing a full replacement of the water heater. They sent out a technician, Danny, right away. He had the unit replaced and operational within 2 hours of our initial phone call. Danny was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took great care of our needs. Highly recommend them. Thanks!
Burton plumbing did a great job connecting our fire pit gas line. After waiting for months to get my equipment, they came right out and got us up and running. Their price was reasonable and they didn’t try and nickel and dime us like some other companies we quoted. Highly recommended!
We called a couple of plumbing companies and the couldn’t come out til tomorrow. However, we were trying to find a company that could come out same day at a reasonable cost.
