I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I called for a new disposal and they set up an appointment quickly. They were fairly pricey. They charge a flat fee for anything they do … $625 for the disposal and install. We had a dishwasher where they told me the hose was short so Kimball the plumber told me a flat fee to fix that issue including removing the newly installed dishwasher and installing a new hose. Called for a laundry valve repair, typically not an urgent matter but with a new washing machine I discovered my shutoff valves were inoperative. I needed to verify the washing machine worked while I could still return it. To my surprise, Burton was able to get someone out within a couple hours. Jake was on time, courteous and professional. He gave me a fair estimate and completed the job quickly with no mess. He gave me credit for the valve box I had available and came in under his estimate. 10 year old gas water heater was leaking, new it needed replacement. Called Burton Plumbing (who I used to replace spigots/values last year in a bathroom). Kimbell was out the next day to look at the unit and provide an estimate - very reasonable. Jake and Josh did the install the next day - very professional, on time and knowledgeable. They install with new copper lines, a new gas line + valve that is very organized and tidy. They take pride in what they do - I highly recommend them.

So I had an emergency with my water heater where it was bursting water at one of the pipes. This happened in the middle of the night, and I called this company first thing in the morning, and I was so politely introduced to a Jennifer who went above and beyond trying to find me someone who can come out and fix my problem immediately. Outstanding job! Very prompt and professional. Not only did they remove and replace my hot water heater. They did it correctly and far better than the previous installer. First pix is "Before". Second pix is the amazing "After". Great job!
