I love Dr. Burton but his staff DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!
I have reported to DR. Burton that his staff doesn't answer the phone. I spoke to him because I thought that was hampering his new/current patient contact, but nothing changed. I went as far as listening for a phobe while in the office, when I didn't hear one ring, I need Dr. Burton if he knew that his phone wasn't ringing, he mentioned it to the office manager, but again, nothing happened. I've never seen anything like it. I thought I was helping, but I was just a tellertell.
I was so happy to find this office! They take my insurance, everyone is friendly, appointment wait times are reasonable, and Dr. Burton really listens.
Working with Dr Burton has been an easy relationship. I feel he listens to me. Appointments have been within a reasonable time frame and the office as a whole has been helpful. I appreciate the blood lab in the office itself and the young lady I've dealt with there has also been very kind and competent.
