Beautiful place!! Since day one of me looking at Chesapeake I met Ronda. Ronda gave me a tour at the first time I was trying to figure out pricing. Ronda went above and beyond to call me and inform me about an opening in my range to help me move in. This showed me Ronda listened and cared about my needs and concerns. Ronda also is alway there when ever I need any help. I’ve been living here for 2 plus years!! Couldn’t be happier!! Ronda deserves a raise!!
Jennifer Millican & staff are scammers. Absolute Scam. They will give you no information on the requirements, take you money, make you feel rushed to move in and then deny you not because of your credit score but your credit history. They will not accept co-signers and do not care if you make 5x the rent. They have no empathy for individuals who survived Hurrican Ian or are currently in their MS program that have student debt consolidation. I stayed recently for 2.5 months in one of their furnished 1-bedroom apartments in St. Petersburg. The rent was ~$3,000 a month, and I had to pay all of the 2.5 months' rent on day one. Weeks after I checked out they sent me a bill for nearly $600 saying they had miscalculated the rent and I needed to pay more. Not right.
