Quoted me $150/hour to do a software update on my car. Only needed to connect to their WiFi and sit while it downloaded. Only reason I couldn’t do it myself is because my apartment wifi doesn’t reach my car. Kind of an insane price for minimal labor

The service department is awful, complete trash company! everything I had problems with still isn’t fixed and didn’t honor it under warranty, which has a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper and a lifetime powertrain that I purchase from FORD, which i informed them about before the service and as for the aftermarket parts, the contract states (which you clowns didn’t bother to read) “Ford can deny warranty on such aftermarket part, therefore must honor all factory related issues” so I was aware going in that they couldn’t honor any... read more
