Great customer service! Was there for a few hours but they had some funny staff there that made the time go by quick. Was offered drinks/snacks multiple times. Will for sure check out their inventory next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Great place.

After driving all the way from Columbus with a guaranteed offer from the AUTO TRADER COM website FOR AROUND $5000, the staff of this fine establishment told my wife our Jeep Commander was worth less than $250, AND REFUSED TO HONOR THE DOCUMENTATION WE PRINTED OUT FROM THE WEBSITE. The sales guy who told us the drive to Akron would be worth it on the phone, was nowhere to be found the day we arrived.
