They do not honor warranty from previous tires sold when they were Midland tires because the new Burt Brothers owners obviously doesn't honor their customers either. They pass the buck and blame JP Midland. They didn't rotate the tires as requested in the first place, charged the $3 tire recycling fee when rhey gave me back the tire, so I basically got screwed all the way around. Burt Brothers is just another corporate face. Bottom line and bullshit should be their motto.
Excellent service provided the past 10+ years!
