I don't like leaving negative reviews, but after being a customer for over 6 years and having multiple sets of expensive tires installed, I will never patronize Burt Brothers again. The first negative experience I had happened six years ago. They installed a set of Nitto grappler tires on my pickup. After I picked up my vehicle from having the tires rotated at Bert Brothers, I was driving to a Dr appointment when my truck started shaking violently. They charged me 10 times more for the same exact thing.I had done at another store. I highly discourage anyone from is going there
1 star is better than this place deserves. Absolute joke. Horrible customer service and mechanics make mistakes. They do not care about their customers experience, their time , and money. I would recommend that you DO NOT take your vehicles here! By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. My brakes were squeaking and I brought it in to get it fixed.
