I love Burt Brothers. Have been coming to this location for years. I love in Kearns and drive across town to have Burt Brothers work on my cars. They’re honest and fair. I’ll go to them every time. Today I thought I needed brakes and an alignment. They aligned my car but told me my brakes were still in good shape. They could have replaced my brakes and I wouldn’t have ever known the difference, that’s honest. Thank you Burt Brothers!
My salesman was Camron he was the nicest tire salesman I have had, he meet me I. The parking lot and right from the get go he listen to what I wanted. Trust me I have bought several sets of tire at many different places in my time. He did not try to push a expensive set of tires on me. The shop and the waiting room was the cleanest I have seen. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. When I take my car in to get service they are very fast so I can have my car back as soon as possible.
Did the job as expected in double the amount of time estimated by them. Which was an hour and a half to change oil and rotate tires.
This is a really nice shop, first of all they have the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen (customers only, if the mechanics used them they would not look this nice :) Also they have wifi and a great waiting area. They handled my inspection while I waited, while there was a glitch they totally took care of it once it came to their attention.
