The staff at Burt Brothers - Highland are awesome! They are friendly and knowledge. They will let us know when a maintenance service needs to be done, but also let us know if we can hold off another month or so for the expense. We've had to use the tire warranty in another state. Burt Brothers helped us get the transaction taken care of without a hitch. With regular oil changes and good tires, Burt Brothers makes sure our cars our running so well that we've never been stranded on the side of the road.
One of the biggest rip offs in my life. Took my brakes in to get them changed 6 months ago. My breaks were still grinding after, so they replaced my rotors, still grinding so they did a rotation. They kept grinding and they kept trying to convince me it was just my imagination. I went to pep boys today and found out not only did they install cheap pads that weren't designed for the car. Both pads and rotors were already worn out and needed replacing. I completely threw my money away!!! Don't go here your just waisting money ... read more
