They forgot to put a cover back on while changing my oil. We moved across the country and my husband noticed it was missing, and contacted them. They have told us they have my missing cover and claimed they shipped it. Been a month and still never received it. Now there’s rust on my car that the missing cover was supposed to prevent. They made a mistake, and literally have the ability to fix it so easily but fail to stick to their word. It’s just basic human stuff, come on guys it’s not that hard
