I have always been afraid of the dentist, but I have been seeing Dr. Burstein for about 10 years and he has been great. He does everything he can to ensure that i am as comfortable as possible. And the staff treats me like family, which is very sweet.
Dr Burstein is the best. He will bend over backwards to help you in any way he can. Very kind and careful to alleviate and prevent pain. Knows how to give an injection so that you hardly feel it. I have been going to him for 19 years. Good guy, good dentist. I've had dozens of dentists in my life and he is easily the best.
Dr. Burstein was recomended by my wife's dentist when he retired. He came highly recomended and I've always had a great experience with Dr. Burstein. A big thumbs up from me and my family.
This used to be my dentist. It's really painful when he does anything to me. I prefered the hygienist. She was good and nice. One thing that really bothered me was that he was in my plan, and when he switched out of my insurance network, he didn't tell me. So I ended up paying a lot for normal things like cleaning and fillings. It's ridiculous! He would refer me to specialists (root canal) where they are not in my network and ended up paying over $3k on dental work that SHOULD NORMALLY be mostly covered.
