I have been twice to this office within last couple of weeks with a secondary ear infection causing hearing problems in my left ear. Office staff from front to back very kind and professional. Dr. Burson has listened to my concerns and has answered all my questions. This is obviously something that takes some time to clear it up. I would recommend Dr. Burson and his staff.

I would not recommend this practice...Hearing aids paid for when bought last March and still receiving a bill every month...The office says they can do nothing about it...Poor management
He was very nice and he did deviated septum surgery on me to help the breathing through my nose. It didn't help. I still can't breathe through my left nostril and now have a sharp pain in my nose. He charged me for post op appt and I told him things were not better. He told me to come back. I did and he charged me again. Still things were not better. He told me to come back again and I did. He charged me again. I told him things still were not better so he said come back. I didn't.
I was referred to Dr. Burson 20+ years ago by my Emory ENT and he has been fantastic. My ear condition is uncommon and he mastered my treatment successfully early on and that expert care has continued to this day. He is compassionate and caring and will listen to your issues and concerns. He is the BEST!

We were referred to Dr. Burson from my daughters Peds Dr. She had been having recurring ear infections her 1st year in school.. (She never had ear infections as a baby, she is 5, started PreK, hadn't ever been in any daycare situation.. I stayed @ home with her) met w/Dr. Burson & turned out she needed tubes & adenoids removed. She'd never had any surgeries before, so we were nervous, but Dr. Burson & ENT in Newnan helped get us through it & she did great, & is recovering wonderfully!!
Deviated septum. I had surgery done and it was a huge success for me. Quick recovery time and now I breathe so much easier through my nose. Dr Burson is great just to talk to about the procedure and recovery. Just a great person.
