I called ahead to verify that they were in-network with my insurance. I spoke with an associate at Burson ENT, and they confirmed that they accepted my insurance, so they scheduled me an appointment. However, when we arrived, we were told they do not accept my insurance and that I would need to self-pay if I wanted to be seen. Been using Dr Burson for years love going there everyone listens good people. The atmosphere good I highly recommend going to Burson for your ears nosie and throat.

This review reflects my personal experience and is not written with any ill intent, merely to educate. What you verbally communicated and advised to me did not reflect what your staff imputed into my chart. Always attentive to patient needs and concerns.
They are in it for the money!! I requested a doctor's note and was told that he would provide one for a fee of $75.00, but that I must first come in for an office visit since he hadn't seen me in three months!!! The staff is kind and courteous and Dr. Burson is one-of-a-kind, but his care is expensive and they don't bother to alert you prior to performing diagnostics and procedures that will likely incur significant out-of-pocket costs!!!
