I have read in before in a review by another person seen by this clinic, BUYER BEWARE. Went in for a simple check and the cost was $500 paid upfront. I was in his office less then 10 minutes and my concerns were brushed off. I have good insurance and no copays. After many years with him, I won't be back, he's obviously only in it this for the money and not the people he serves.
Highly recommended for all ages.
Today, I saw Dr. Burson. I have seen him before and been very satisfied. Today from the time he walked in the door, I felt very judged and criticized. Yes , I had an ENT that lived to do surgery when I 40 years younger who loved to do surgery. Yes, I had frequent infections but I have got so tired of going to doctors who judge you as depressed, over weight and just a chronic complainer. Yes I am overweight and depressed. I went in to have my ears checked and cleaned out. The second time I had this done. Very painful. Maybe I should wait on the doctor only to treat me. Felt no pain when the doctor cleaned my ears out. Dr. Burson is a great doctor. I would recommend him.

I visited Dr. Burson in June 2020. I was told by his staff that the cost of his services would be a $60 copay. I came in to have my lip looked at for excess moisture. Dr. Burson chose to clean out my ears and scope my nose--procedures I didn't ask for or authorize. After the fact, I found out that this was a manipulative way to increase the bill. Even though the administrators told me it would only be $60 when I left, a bill for the ear and nose "procedures" was hundreds more!! I urge anyone who chooses to go to this doctors... read more
Dr Burson is an excellent ENT Doctor. He is very personable and friendly. He is also very knowledgeable and has a great ability to explain things so that I can understand him. I highly recommend him!
