Not recommended 1 star. Very poor service. Went in to buy some service parts at 10am today. Asked guy at counter for help. He took a long time and then started chatting with colleague with no intent to help. I walked out of the store. Perhaps the manager can educate as to the value of client service.

Just spoke to the store manager Peter . He was very helpful with the questions I was asking about sourcing BMC filters. Would 100% recommend them to anyone trying to source parts .
Had a fantastic experience with Bursons multiple times when it comes to getting the right parts for my vehicles. Speak to Dean the customer service from these guys are hard to beat ! Best of all the parts were correct as promised.
