2nd time to make a purchase from Bursons in their 10 or so years of existence in the area. What a mistake $52 for product that I found out to be $32 rrp at one of the competitors down the road. Poorly laid out shop & poor service.
It was good. Found what I needed got in got out . Very efficient that's what I like
Not recommended 1 star. Very poor service. Went in to buy some service parts at 10am today. Asked guy at counter for help. He took a long time and then started chatting with colleague with no intent to help. I walked out of the store. Perhaps the manager can educate as to the value of client service.
Helpful and friendly staff.
