I contacted Burse to find out about the terrible review from 2013. Because I wanted to use there services.....Turns out it was not an easy job, it was over a 100 year old plat, It took long because it was a difficult survey. I contacted them for my job and they were professional, timely and comparable in price as I shopped around.
We have contracted with Burse Surveying on multiple projects. They are always professional, prompt and efficient. Consistent high quality work is the end result. Most recently, Burse handled a project for us over the Christmas holidays and turned it around in record time.

I'm a residential builder who has worked with Burse on multiple projects, and they have had consistently great work. They're thorough, easy to communicate with and very prompt, often responding to last-minute field work requests in one business day or less.
Very simple residential job took 5 months and several communications to get it right. Got extra charges for work that should have been done right to begin with. Got an overdue bill notice before job was completely finished. AVOID!
