I came in for a last minute Mother's Day bouquet and not only was I given a lot of options to choose from, but the owner also added greenery, additional flowers, and wrapping paper behind the counter that the owner added to complete the bouquet. It was a beautiful final product and the price was extremely reasonable! She was also extremely knowledgeable on flowers, their care, and provided information on the plants sold at the shop as well (such as which were pet safe). I had a great experience picking flowers to make an arrangement with my mother last time I was here. The customer service was great. However, I visited today at 4 PM to make another arrangement and the shop was closed although it said it is open until 6 on Google Reviews and the Promenade’s directory.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience honestly left me really uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, the woman working there had a noticeably negative attitude. There was no greeting or welcoming energy, just an immediate sense that I was bothering her by simply being there.
