Live in one of these properties we pay almost 3,000$ in rent we have mold in our property we have contacted them about the issue they just slide it off hope you don't get a health department called soon and property management clearly told us if we tried to sue y'all got money to win anything we didn't even mention nothing about sueing hope you guys fix the problem and fire the property management y'all can do better
I lived at one of their properties for about 5 years. For day one the staff was very helpful. Rhyan understood our situation of just moving to CA and was eager to help. Small maintenance issues were addressed in a very timely manner. Never had an issue with a response. No confusion. I highly recommend
I have found Burrows to be very helpful with my move in and the whole process was very straight forward and easy. I have been in my unit three weeks and had a few maintenance issues. Every time they have responded to my request within the same day and always professional and very kind.
