I have found Burrows to be very helpful with my move in and the whole process was very straight forward and easy. I have been in my unit three weeks and had a few maintenance issues. Every time they have responded to my request within the same day and always professional and very kind.
Best realty company Ive ever worked with. Rhyan worked tirelessly to help my family get our house, any time I needed her she was available. Gave us honest information that we wouldn’t have gotten from those other companies who just want to make money. This is the only place I ever recommended to friends and family looking for homes or property management.
My fiancé & I went to tour this property and the contact number i was given was 100% not helpful. she was so rude and inconsiderate. i arrived a little early to my tour and she stated in a rude manor that i wasn’t supposed to be there yet. Just for the tour guide to be late. I looked foolish being yelled at on the phone then sitting like a dog for the tour guide to take their time to come and help. 0/10 do not recommend dealing with this company.

They don’t seem to care about their tenants and all they seem to care about was their bottom line. Communication was horrible. There were several times where the water would be shut off and we were never given the legal notice of 24 hours. When I would reach out to the office they would claim that they were not aware of this. Even if this was the case for the first time you think they would let the owners know so they could fix the issue and make sure the tenants were told next time it would need to be shut off.
