I canceled a surgery 7 days before it was scheduled. After that, I tried calling the office of Dr. Burrows over 20 times over the course of the next 3 weeks to try to reschedule. They usually did not answer the phone and did not return my messages. On the 2 times that I did get a hold of someone, I was told that the surgery scheduler would have to get back to me. She never did. Finally, after 3 weeks of calling, I got a hold of someone and told her that I felt like they were purposely not retur

Explain the procedure well and provide as comfortable an atmosphere as possible when he is going to cut into your manhood. Pre and post operation care explained and written in clear language.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Burrows or his staff. I had received botched surgery elsewhere and Dr. Burrows did a revision surgery, correcting everything that was wrong. He restored my self confidence and in my opinion he is a surgical genius! He doesn't speak a lot, but that's because he's super intelligent and confident in his abilities. Michelle the practice manager is very professional and helpful, as is Sasha. Wish I'd found this office earlier.

I was very impressed with the little amount of down time after the procedure it was very much pain free
