I'm sure you guys probably do good heating/AC work but wanted to share an experience that happened today. My 8 year old daughter and I were at Sam's Club filling up with gas when a Burrows van pulled in front of me and proceeded to back up to fill at the pump in front of me. He kept backing up until he hit me! I know he felt it because he stopped as soon as he hit our car. Now my car is older and there was little to no damage so I waited for him to pop out and I'd tell him it's not a big deal but he took like 2 minutes to po... read more
We have used Burrows twice now, once for our A/C and once for our heater and had great experiences both times. The techs were professional and took the time to provide any explanations or answers to questions that we had. I appreciated that even with our older units they didn’t try to sell us on new ones, but did what they could to keep these ones working well for as long as they can. Mike came over and fixed our heater the same day I called! His service was excellent and efficient - he even went out of his way to call the warranty service on our furnace so we saved money. I asked him to also check out our fireplace and to my surprise, it was working when I got home. I HIGHLY recommend their service.
