RecommendedI had a terrible & painful issue that started on a Friday and got pretty bad by Saturday, I called in an emergency on a Sunday. Dr. Ratzlaff called me right back. The next morning Dr. Burross saw me, identified a bad abscess from a failing old root canal and got me on the way to getting better. Amazing & fast patient service!

They are always very friendly and helpful. Always a great help with scheduling for us. Dr. Jackson has always helped the boys if there was a dental issue, even in an emergency situation. Great place to go!

Rarely have any pain in the dentist office. The area is very clean. The view out the window is enjoyable. There are family pictures in each cubical to give a family setting. Equipment is clean. You never have to wait long. I love the fish. Always have to see what is new since I was there last. They present a very clean calm atmosphere Prices are a little high but I have had experience with at least 8 dentist and their offices. and feel like you get what you pay for
I love going to The Art of Dentistry. The staff is so friendly and professional, they always make you feel as if they have known you forever. I have always gotten in and out in a timely manner and have been able to get appointments at the time I need. Dr. Burross is fantastic, he gets straight to the point and always answers any questions I have.
I'd highly recommend Art of Dentistry, Dr Jackson, Burross & Ratzlaff. They are genuinely friendly, kind, professional & definitely will do an excellent job. Dr Jackson an his assistant Kim are the Best! And I definitely must say, there's no better team. Also the whole staff will treat you with kindness & with the upmost professionalism. I thank all of you.
Dr Jackson is an amazing dentist! I never had any luck with dentists in the past. I’ve been going to his office now for 10 years. He cares about the level of care you are receiving and works with you on everything.
Dr Chad Jackson is a wonderful dentist here in Wichita Falls. He is also friendly and will listen to his patients concerns and issues. I highly recommend Dr Chad Jackson!!
