We love the one in zions! The staff at first seemed disconnected but that's understandable being a brand new store and they are learning everything but the pat 3 times we've gone in they were friendly and the food is amazinggggg!
Food is great service could be a bit better. My suggestions is more staff being that everything is fresh its hard for just 3 people to be able to help customers and make the food fresh quickly.
This is the best place to get burritos or bowls!! Hands down better than chipotle quality wise!!
I have been grabbing food from the location in Crozet at least a couple of times per month since I first tried it. Not sure how long they have been there. I think it was a Subway location not too long ago. Anyway, my experience there between the staff, service and food have always been a great experience. For me, it is always better than Chipotle from every angle. It feels like somebody studied Bodo's recipe for success and turned it into a great business. Much like Zazu's but just a different flavor. My boyfriend and I went to the BurritOh! in Zions Crossroads. The food is great, they were clean, and quickly served us but their customer interaction is awful. The only person who smiled was the sweet girl who checked us out, the other three men were straight faced and looked miserable. No cheery attitude or expressions. It really rubbed off on us and our moods had completely shifted by the time we paid for our food. The food is so fresh and the service is very fast. Especially enjoy the Crozet location!
I went to the one at Zion Cross Road and Love this place!!! My parents took me on 9/12 for my birthday and I love it. The people who helped us was very nice. They even let us stayed and eat there even though it was 9:00pm and they were about to close. The food is delicious. They even have Spanish speaking people which helped my parents a lot. I think the portions are perfect!!
