I was excited for my first burrito me experience and i am sad to say i was completely disappointed. I had ordered a bowl and a burrito, my burrito was freezing cold and my bowl looked like it had been eaten and thrown into the bag as leftovers. :( Also the customer service i experienced when i brought the food back was extremely upsetting as i received attitude and little help.
I normally go to burrito me and never have a complaint but this time kind of upset. When you ask for a big burrito it shouldn’t be the size of my hand. I’m just wish the Plymouth one was still open.
I went there this past Tuesday 6-23, and was turned away as I hadn't called in or ordered online. I was ok with this - as they had a small sign posted outside. As I had walked from my workplace & didn't have my cell, (thus couldn't step outside to order), I simply walked over to Village Bakery instead. Today: I followed the rules and placed an online order. During a quick travel through Laconia, I came across Burrito Me... and following my “gut instinct” (🤪), I eagerly became a first time customer. Without a doubt I will be back here again! Absolutely delicious, really cool location, inviting and relaxed atmosphere inside, and extremely friendly, fun, kind staff!
