Got overcharged for food i didn’t order or receive, what i did get was wrong and not what I ordered. Went back, got nothing but attitude from the employee at the window. AND then still didn’t receive what I ordered or payed for. Burrito King gets a visit from us at least five nights a week, feel like that will change soon. Can’t believe the ridiculous customer service we just received.

Been in town about 16 years, and they still haven't ever gotten better about getting the order right. About a 50/50 chance of getting what you actually want.

double charged me on an $18 order. was told if it was a double charge to come back and they would fix the issue. went back "there was no manager" waited 24 more hours for an owner to call... nothing.. went back again manager had to talk to owner...hours later called them, owner finally calls me saying it was a hold.. I only ever really get the Mexican style tacos, or the burritos. Very consistent. The salsas do need a bit more salt though.
