Completely rude manager, ordered food and they missed an item. I asked for my money back and was told she couldn't do that but offered a free Burrito next visit. Needless to say I called later for another order and asked for my free Burrito, not only did she not write anything down but she totally "forgot" that she ever said that and denied me. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this location and or manager. Sad because this is our 7th year eating here. We will go to a new location. Avoid this location...
My Fiance will only go to Burrito Express when he wants Mexican food. He loves this place and loves salt so he loves that it's salty ;-) I had the chorizo, egg, potato & cheese burrito with red salsa it was delicious.
Wish I could give more of a rating on this because so many love it. But if you have specifics you look for in Mexican food, go somewhere else. This place is known own for salty, spicy, & salsa. The salsas are delicious but still too salty. Every time I try it, I'm always let down. I stopped after 4 meals. Bean burrito , quesadilla, green chili burrito, & chicken burrito. Each meal met my salt intake for the month. If they could NOT add spoon much salt, they might get 4 stars. I retain the 1 star for selling 0 carnitas.
