I have three Burris eliminator three one Burris eliminator five, I also have two Burris thermal optics. Most of them are trouble free. On two occasions I had to send an optic. Burris customer service has far exceeded my expectations. their products in the field are trouble free and accurate thank you Burris.

Horrible customer service department. I can't accept the Owner knows how they represent his/ her company. I can only hope they see this- please speak to your customer service about how they address customers. Thanks!

Bought a 1000 dollar scope XTR II SERIES and can’t see reticle during daylight. Emailed Burris and asked, their response was it doesn’t work on sunny days. Lol really you have 5 light levels for NVGs but you couldn’t make a light level for sunny days, that makes sense everyone has 10,000 dollar night vision goggles but no one shoots on sunny nice days. Their email made it seem like they don’t care and I’m out 1000.00 dollars. I’ll never own another Burris optic I don’t need 1000 dollar paperweight. Honestly your scope doesn’... read more
