The customer service is the best and they have a fabulous selection for every age group!! Their repairs are the best in town!!
I love the customer service here. And that it is locally owned and operated by the owners.
Some of the workers could improve their customer service. Also, they (in my opinion and another jeweler's opinion) screwed up my wedding ring by accidentally resizing it down from a 6.5 to a 4 and then back so now the rings no longer sit snuggly together instead they gap and the inner ring is flat along the top. While the owner was very nice to work with, the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I ask Burris’s Jewelers to make my open heart and my chocolate diamond heart necklaces into one necklace. They did an excellent job and I love my necklace. Price was very reasonable. Thank you Burris’s Jewelers.
I brought my autistic sister in to let her pick out a birthstone necklace for her upcoming birthday. The staff was super sweet with her. They even tied a bow on her box which she thought was super special. Thank you so much for your consideration of her needs.
