I was 3 minutes late to check-in. Sat for 20 minutes in the waiting room after being checked in.. only to get called up and told the nurse canceled my appointment for my tardiness. I confirmed that my appointment time was at 1240. And I told them I checked in at 1243. There was no further explanation. What a joke.
They cancel your child's appointments without telling you anything so your 11 year old withdraws from their meds repeatedly. Go anywhere else if you can.
