They don’t care about your mental health. They will stop your medication cold turkey and then lie and only do phone conversations and stop text communication with you call them out and provide them proof of their mistakes. Now I’m being the rude and disrespectful one bc I showed them while mistakes and they kept lying and my pharmacy also proved to them and they still tried to lie. Last time I went I wasn't happy but they have really changed things there and seem to have streamlined the whole thing I'm much happier this time still trying to get all my issues sorted out but so far everything is going good
I was 3 minutes late to check-in. Sat for 20 minutes in the waiting room after being checked in.. only to get called up and told the nurse canceled my appointment for my tardiness. I confirmed that my appointment time was at 1240. And I told them I checked in at 1243. There was no further explanation. What a joke.
