My experience with Burrell Behavioral Health has left me feeling repeatedly dismissed, misunderstood, and harmed rather than properly supported. Burrell frequently changes providers, and each new provider seems to begin without taking enough time to thoroughly review my long medical and psychiatric history. I've been coming here for a few months now. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. Ive seen many psychiatrists over my life time and the ones I see here seem honestly excited when you make progress. I am apart of the Sprovato group and that has made such a difference in my life already. This location has been a blessing.

the rain sounds from the cheap plastic speakers is deeply unpleasant, especially to someone with a headache or migraine. if they had quality speakers maybe it would make sense, but it comes across as a cheap corporate ploy that is meant to come across as though they care about your comfort and it d alls short since they dont even care enough to get nice speakers. since the original owners sold out this place has been in freefall. the veneer of compassion is sheer.
