Their central call center is a joke. I've been using Burrell for 2 years, and it seems like something always goes wrong. Either you never receive the call, or the online video appointment doesn't work. The most frustrating part is that you can't contact the clinic directly when there's a problem. Instead of resolving the issue, you're forced to go through endless phone menus trying to reach someone who can help. Short answer no one shows up to appointments and they won't change your meds. Long answer: I was supposed to have a zoom meeting Monday at 1pm with Hull and she did not show up to it, call, or email. I waited thinking I would be contacted and wasn't. I then called today to find I had been discharged, why was I discharged due to her lack of showing up. Before that I had only missed once due to illness. John Sage canceled on me 3x in a row and I cant cancel one appointment? And because she chose not to show up I'm discharged? ... read more
