Short answer no one shows up to appointments and they won't change your meds. Long answer: I was supposed to have a zoom meeting Monday at 1pm with Hull and she did not show up to it, call, or email. I waited thinking I would be contacted and wasn't. I then called today to find I had been discharged, why was I discharged due to her lack of showing up. Burrell's policies are ableist and restrictive, with little consideration for executive dysfunction and no flexibility for missed appointments or medication refills. I have suffered significant withdrawal side effects from extended periods without medication. If I could fulfill their requirements outside work hours, the issue might be resolved. However, these policies threaten my employment if I need time off for drug tests and/or lack the medication essential for my job performance.

Please don’t go here. Especially as a single mother, don’t waste your time. I tried to do an assessment here to get started with virtual therapy, because I do not have reliable childcare and made that clear while making the appointment, to better myself and was stopped by a clinician named Mark and was told I could not do the assessment with my son there and was not offered any accommodations besides him sitting in the waiting room alone with coloring books. This is the most helpful place in the world to go get help if you have an addiction or you have trauma of any kind. The people here are the kindest people you'll ever meet and that willing to help you if you're willing to help yourself.
