Didn't hassle me when my male psychiatrist made an inappropriate and incorrect statement and I wanted to switch to a female psychiatrist. As long as you check in, be honest and comply with your meds and groups.. they will work with you. Just be nice. Don't be name calling or rude and nasty with them. They really do want to help. I was feeling a bit down one day and went to these people for help and this guy who was supposedly my "case manager" started acting very weird and unprofessional, also he kept asking to come to my house alone acting flirty!
Dr is great, front office is great. But the staff doesn’t like to work. Always going home early. Needed to speak to a nurse and they were all already gone at 3:30. The door says they are open til 5:00 but I saw only 1 receptionist in the building when I was there. The Dr wanted results ASAP but had to wait til Monday cause everyone left. It was a very long, stressful weekend on top of all the anxiety I’m already experiencing.
Still waiting on an appointment with a therapist for my son after 3 months who struggles with suicide ideation. Don't accept the money for the evaluation and then never follow through with an appointment.
