The staff for mental health and check in amazing i love visiting and they help you sort out paper work and answer questions if you need anything but the pharmacy is just not very great I call ahead to fill my medications so I can swing by and pick them up and even if you call hours or even a day ahead when you arrive it is never ready and you have to wait I've had this multiple times and it's frustrating and the auto fill never comes through the staff is nice to talk to but im not sure why it's never filled
They will hold you hostage prescribing medications that will make you sicker. Their is zero patient choice in this healthcare system
Short answer no one shows up to appointments and they won't change your meds. Long answer: I was supposed to have a zoom meeting Monday at 1pm with Hull and she did not show up to it, call, or email. I waited thinking I would be contacted and wasn't. I then called today to find I had been discharged, why was I discharged due to her lack of showing up. Before that I had only missed once due to illness. John Sage canceled on me 3x in a row and I cant cancel one appointment? And because she chose not to show up I'm discharged? ... read more
