Short answer no one shows up to appointments and they won't change your meds. Long answer: I was supposed to have a zoom meeting Monday at 1pm with Hull and she did not show up to it, call, or email. I waited thinking I would be contacted and wasn't. I then called today to find I had been discharged, why was I discharged due to her lack of showing up. So far everything is great. They’ve made me feel comfortable and not judged. Since there is a lot of people drug searching sometimes other places (like Jordan valley) treat you like you’re an addict when you’re not. Ive only smoked marijuana but it’s unhealthy for my mental health condition and I’m just glad to finally get real help and meds that I need. Pharmacy staff was very unprofessional. I was told that they didn't get my prescriptions as ordered after I confirmed with the Doctor I did. Then told me they did. I Waited two and a half hours and was told that a coworker who left put my prescriptions on hold. I asked why? And they stated that they didn't know why, while disrespectfully smiling.
