It's hard to become a patient here but when I was finally able to be see (I was pregnant) if have nothing but the best experience. My dentist Julian I'm bad with last names but he's been the best dentist. My kids also get seen here and they are the best with my kids.
Want to write before numbness wears off. 75 y.o., no dentist visit (due to trauma)for maybe 30+ years. A front tooth broke loose, Burre was my option. So scared, embarrassed, so much fear! Now after 2nd visit for extraction, I am so grateful to all the workers at Burre!!! Each is kind, helpful, smart, attuned to patient needs, professional with compassion. Thank you!
Practically begged them to let me pay a fee or something to avoid getting put on the no-show list that I just got off. The lady on the phone hung up on me without saying anything! They make me wait 30+ every time but as soon as I’m 10 minutes late it’s a problem. They don’t value your time be aware.
I went in for seven cavities and was essentially told by three employees that spoke extremely broken English that I would not be seen, that they are not excepting new patients & that my dental issues were preventable. When I asked how one becomes a patient here, (because they obviously need to stay in business somehow) I was told there's a waiting list of 60,000 people, I said okay so how do I get out in that list, they never did answer me, they dismissed me without any paper work and were extremely secretive.
