I went in for emergency care with broken molars and was immediately met with condescending attitude from the receptionist, told there will be a 4+ hour wait to -maybe- be seen, which I was fine with because I understand it’s a walk in and I need care. Well, then I was given a form saying even if I’m seen they won’t do anything, gotta schedule another appointment 4+ months out. They were very good. &. Kind, also the place has been cleaned up and. They don't put up with Rude people, ect
Edit: changing to one star for the attitude from the receptionists. Turned us away for being one minute late. We were there on time but waiting in line. Dentists are great, front desk SUCKS. Fantastic with children, they did everything to make my nervous seven year old comfortable while installing her crown, including giving her her own princess crown 🥹
