I went in for seven cavities and was essentially told by three employees that spoke extremely broken English that I would not be seen, that they are not excepting new patients & that my dental issues were preventable. When I asked how one becomes a patient here, (because they obviously need to stay in business somehow) I was told there's a waiting list of 60,000 people, I said okay so how do I get out in that list, they never did answer me, they dismissed me without any paper work and were extremely secretive. A story of a bad visit>> Yeah I got to find out what was going on with my gums and my teeth Typical tooth checkup when you're pregnant but she was only supposed to be doing a regular checkup, not putting holes in my gum lining next to every tooth I went home and looked in the mirror there were literally holes next to every single tooth because she couldn't stop digging her metal tool into my gum lining Making holes in my gums even when I'm squirming down in the seat saying you're going too deep and it's hurting me Those gums... read more
So called "open door" dental clinic not taking new patients. I arrived in agony, tooth broken from a fall after 2 hour drive and was told I would have to sit in the waiting room most probably all day, at least, to be seen, at which time an examination would be conducted, after which I would then have to return, on a different day,and wait ,all day or even two they said, to be seen by the actual dentist.
