Burnz is absolutely fabulous. My daughter received his contact from a mutual military friend, Burnz called right away and immediately set my daughter at ease with her being overseas and me acting as POA. He took calls, emails and texts at incredibly inconvenient hours, made sure I had all the paperwork neeeded and communicated with my daughter daily.
