Had a trade and was looking to purchase a vehicle... was sent to 13 different lenders, I had to initiate contact everyday as I never heard anything from them after an initial you’re approved... after being told I’m approved about 3 weeks later hear that they’re having difficulty getting me approved. If sales are like this, I’m glad I chose somewhere out who sent me to 1 place and was able to drive home in my new truck! **TALKED WITH OWNER TO DISCUSS MATTER AND ADJUSTED RATING AS NEEDED **
I need to take a minute to give all of these employees at this business a big thank you! They have always taken care of my husband & I and are now taking great care of my children! Ligonier BZ is amazing! I highly recommend them! A special thank you to the Ford side (Chris) service department for always fixing my cars! And a special thank you to the service men who pick my car up for me when I can’t get there due to working! You guys rock!
Dave, Nefty and everyone were great, patient as we decided, and worked with us on the payment to allow us to drive it off today. Mary says they weren't pushy also.
