We made a reservation for about 20 people to celebrate a very special occasion on Saturday 8/9 at approx 630pm. The hostess was wonderful—warm, welcoming, and had our tables ready. Unfortunately, our experience with our server, Chelsea, was disappointing from the start. Her demeanor made it clear she wasn’t happy to have our party. We came in on a Thursday for dinner not knowing it was extended happy hour with live music too - what a nice surprise! The atmosphere was nice, our server Marissa was super friendly, and we enjoyed everything we ordered. We will be back!
This upper-end chain restaurant has gone downhill, as are a lot of restaurants. The portions are smaller. I ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and cesar salad ($10). The shrimp were very small and overcooked (almost burned). I cannot believe they charged $10 for the salad. The portion was embarrassingly small (I wish I'd taken a photo), and was nothing more than grocery store quality (no offense to grocery stores). We are crossing this off our regularly visited eateries.
Pulled through the parking lot to get to another business Google wants me to review it. Well 5 stars! Why not!
Truman was the best server I’ve ever had. The food was amazing and I would definitely come back.
