They responded within the next day and they told me a small amount to of information about the car such as the condition it was in and the miles. They told me that I was welcome to come in any time and talk about my options for the car and to set up a test drive.
I kept getting emails but no calls - I was travelling and would have hoped for a hone call, but hey, that's too old school. Came back without buying anything.
Responded quickly. Unfortunately vehicle was not what we were looking for. But response was fast and honest.

HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. I filled out a financial application only to hear nothing back. I went to their "contact us" section and asked a few questions. No response. I even called and spoke with "Jimmy", asking him for his email so I could have a neat and organized list of questions. In which in return I would have a hard copy of the responses. He absolutely REFUSED to give me an email address and he insisted to do it all over the phone. After what turned into an argument he flat out hung up on me.
